Processing Time
All orders are processed within a standard business period after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or major holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our facility.

Shipping Methods & Delivery
We partner with reliable carriers to deliver your order. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery timelines will be presented at checkout. Expedited shipping options may be available for your selection.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The cost is based on the selected service, destination, and the size and weight of your purchased items.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number(s). You may use this number to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.

P.O. Box & International Delivery
We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. For international orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient upon arrival in the destination country. Please contact your local customs office for information regarding these potential charges.

Multiple Shipments
For orders containing multiple items, your purchase may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages. You will receive a notification for each shipment.
