Return Policy

We are committed to your complete satisfaction with every Nambé Design product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our Customer Service team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned without an RA number cannot be processed.

Once you have received your RA number and instructions, securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and ship it prepaid to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package, as you are responsible for the item until it is received at our facility.

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within a standard processing period. Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Any product not purchased directly from Nambé Design.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper care.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or are not in resalable condition.
  • Custom, special order, or personalized items.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or you believe it to be defective, please contact our Customer Service team immediately upon receipt. We will arrange a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Exchanges
For exchanges, please follow the return process above to return the original item. Once the return is received, you may place a new order for the desired item.
